Yes. The public record contains no name, no user ID, no exact postcode and no contact details. An accepted handshake only connects the two accounts involved, in the private process.
Is Werktafel a contracting party or an agent?
No. Werktafel provides the technical job platform. The people involved are responsible for the contract, checks, the work, acceptance and payment themselves.
How does payment work?
For now, directly between the people involved. Werktafel does not hold any money and does not process any payment for the job on this platform.
Can I tell private and business jobs apart?
Yes. The public listing shows whether it comes from a private person, a freelancer or a company.
What can I see without an account?
The public job board and the public job details are free to read. Pinning jobs, making offers, saving searches and using the handshake are part of the Plus workspace.

Werktafel provides the technical platform for jobs and offers. Werktafel is not a party to the contract, does not fully vet providers and currently does not handle any payment for the job.

What is stored and processed

- A handshake does not replace a suitable contract or checking who you are dealing with.
